Construction Manager Oil & Gas

Job Description:

• Lead an established team of Section Head and Engineers all working together to secure the completion of the project within time and budget.
• Be responsible for the definition of detailed construction plans and schedule giving priorities where necessary.
• He will ensure the availability of technical documentation and on time request for necessary project personnel, materials and equipment.
• Be responsible for the financial results of the Project and the proper management of resources (materials, equipment & manpower) in order to ensure financial results better than budgeted.
• Support, build and maintain positive customer relationships with Employer’s and Engineer’s representatives at his level is paramount

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree
• Min. 5 years management experience in construction industry at similar level.
• Proven leadership skills
• Proven analytical, planning and organizing skills
• Communication and interpersonal skills
• Capability to perform under stressful situations
• Result driven and decisive personality
• Basic business, legal and contractual awareness
• Fluency in the English language
• Knowledge of project management tools
• Knowledge of basic financial concepts
